Global Recruiter and onboarding Specialist


  • Manage Full-Lifecycle hiring processes end-to-end- from initiation, understanding business needs, kickoffs, coordinating, performing HR interviews, and extending offers.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience.
  • Proactively focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and other creative methods to ensure the consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Responsible for implementing new tools of sourcing. 
  • Managing all the work with recruitment agencies.
  • Building our employer branding in East Europe.
  • Support candidate on-boarding process.
  • Build strong relationships with all levels of managers and employees.


  • At least 1+ years’ experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter.
  • Strong sourcing sets of skills.
  • Superuser when it comes to recruitment tools and systems. 
  • Experience in high-tech and global recruiting in east Europe. 
  • Experience with conducting in-depth HR interviews, assessment, selection experience, and  
  • negotiations.
  • Excellent English and Russian communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Highly independent, passionate, resourceful, with a hands-on HR approach.
  • Multi-task and fast learner.
