Global Recruiter and onboarding Specialist
- Manage Full-Lifecycle hiring processes end-to-end- from initiation, understanding business needs, kickoffs, coordinating, performing HR interviews, and extending offers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience.
- Proactively focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and other creative methods to ensure the consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Responsible for implementing new tools of sourcing.
- Managing all the work with recruitment agencies.
- Building our employer branding in East Europe.
- Support candidate on-boarding process.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of managers and employees.
- At least 1+ years’ experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter.
- Strong sourcing sets of skills.
- Superuser when it comes to recruitment tools and systems.
- Experience in high-tech and global recruiting in east Europe.
- Experience with conducting in-depth HR interviews, assessment, selection experience, and
- Excellent English and Russian communication skills, verbal and written.
- Highly independent, passionate, resourceful, with a hands-on HR approach.
- Multi-task and fast learner.
